Arabian Gratings handrail system components are made with the pultrusion process (raw materials pulled through a resin bath and pre forming die) and contain up to 70% fiberglass which guarantees remarkable mechanical properties.
The internal composition of continuous directional glass fibers, determines an exceptional resistance to impact and fatigue (permanent deformations do not occur in case of accidental over load).
Lightweight and very easy to install, the railing systems are particularly well-suited to corrosive environments like those found in industrial, chemical and waste water treatment plants as well as commercial structures with urban and salt air corrosion.
Arabian Gratings offers two types of handrail systems: square tube handrail and round tube handrail systems. The various components of a handrail system are ‐ vertical post, top rail, mid rail, toe plate, base plate and connectors. Handrails can be made according to customer's requirement.
Round Tube Handrails -Our newest guardrail solution is composed of various pultruded tubes. This UV-coated system was designed as a more durable alternative to standard steel and aluminum round railings. These are used in various applications where safety and ergonomics are a major concern. Round rails eliminate the flat surfaces of square tube systems which can become a resting place for tools and other equipment, creating potentially hazardous situations for dropping/falling objects. The rounded railing and corners also eliminate sharp edges, providing a more comfortable grip for end‐users. Also, the overall appearance of the system is more aesthetically pleasing than the square tube alternative because all fasteners are hidden which provides a smooth and clean look. We also provide customized round guardrail systems.
Square Tube Handrails-Our pultruded square tube guardrail system includes everything that is needed to install OSHA and IBC compliant horizontal and inclined railing systems with either two or three rails. We also provide specialty picketed guardrail systems.
