Arabian Gratings Electroforged Steel Grating is fabricated using high-strength carbon steel structural bars electrically fused with cross rods under heavy hydraulic pressure. This creates a single-piece rigid grid with superior load distribution. All panels are hot-dip galvanized to ISO 1461, ensuring minimum 85 microns of zinc protection for long-term corrosion resistance.
